All of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order.

• We make every effort to expedite your order.
• Our typical lead times range from 7-14 days (from March - November) but the actual current lead times will be posted on each product page. During the holiday season, lead times may range from 3-5 weeks depending on the product.
• All of our products are custom, made-to-order and once your map goes into production, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Details.

• Turnaround times vary by product.The best way to guage when your order will ship is to check the specific product page for the item you are ordering. Based on inventory and demand, each product page will list an estimated time of arrival.
• We ship via UPS Ground (5-7 business days) for all orders.
• Expedited or overnight shipping is not available.
• During the holiday season we may experience higher than normal shipping volume
• Once your order is complete we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation as well as UPS tracking info.

Damages / Shipping Issues.

• Please promptly inspect your order upon receiving.
• Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.
• If your item was damaged in transit, please include images of the damaged item as well as photos of the packaging and shipping label.
• The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can make it right.
